Ruth and Mooi Jone were completely healed of knee arthritis while Stanley and Christabelle were relieved of pain in their shoulders. When asked, Stanley was frequently in pain for a couple of months, but was gloriously and completely healed last Sunday!

And that’s not all! Jesus also healed Tan Ban Hing of a tingling noise in his ear that morning as various believers (Ps. Pang, Ps. Grace, Kian, Wei Yun, Shoen, Hau Meng and Lily) exercised their authority over these sicknesses.

Two weeks back, I had a request by my sister-in-Christ (Jessme) to pray for her best friend, Dianne Lim; I promptly asked if Pastor Albert Kang would be available to visit Dianne together. Unfortunately, all three Pastors from FaithLine were already swamped for the week, and Pastor Albert asked me to proceed with the visit, assuring me that I had the same authority and power.

I came to know that Dianne was diagnosed with brain tumor and we talked for quite a bit, as preparation before the healing encounter. As we conversed, I felt the pain in my head and knew that this was an indication of her pain.

The fantastic thing about Dianne was that she wanted to be healed, and she had faith that tremendously helped the healing encounter.

After getting to know a little more about her ailment, I proceeded with healing commands in Jesus’ name. Mustering faith, I claimed and commanded the tumor to be gone in Jesus name. After the commands, I felt the pain in my head disappear. I knew this meant that the tumor has disappeared, and that the Kingdom of God has come upon Dianne. I then asked her to do another MRI scan to confirm the miracle.

When she got up from a sitting position however, she felt giddy. But the giddiness was short-lived, and was instantaneously gone after healing commands were spoken. She then took a few steps and started walking without having to hold railings or the wall for support. Before the commands, she could hardly take a few steps without feeling wobbly. Her sense of balance returned completely after the healing encounter.

Moreover, she could now turn her head from side to side without a vertigo attack or any nauseating feelings. When it was time to leave, Dianne walked me to the gate and commented that she could now slip on her sandals much easier compared to the days before. I reminded her that our God is a God that heals, and I take no credits other than spending time with her.

Our God is a mighty God!

Last week she went for her operation to remove the tumor and to the doctor’s amazement, the tumor could not be found! All glory and praise to Jesus!

One of sisters was instantly healed after she asked the Lord to forgive her of her bitterness and unforgiveness. Releasing all bitterness is an important step, especially for believers. Quite a number of infirm were healed that way. We did not need to lay hands or command the infirmities to leave and the patients were gloriously healed.

Trained ministers of the Elijah Challenge led by Subodh Kumar Jena had a fruitful Feeding Event in a remote village called PangaPada among tribal people. At the event, the people were not only fed physically, but received spiritual nourishment as well.

The Lord was present, and affirmed His Word and Power among these people as many powerful miraculous healings took place. Below are just four of the many testimonies:-

1. Govinda’s fractured right knee was completely healed in Jesus’ name

Four years ago, an elderly man named Govinda went into the jungle to collect leaves for supper but he fell and fractured his right knee.  Since that unfortunate event, Govinda had been confined to bed and was unable to work. Because he had no money, he couldn’t get any medical treatment. It was tough, and Govinda survived solely on the government for rice and Rs. 200 (less than US$3) for his monthly pension. But the Lord had other plans for Govinda. At the Feeding Event, the Lord touched him and healed him completely! He stood up and walked around freely with no pain!

2. Raibari’s incurable life condition defeated

An elderly woman named Raibari suffered from rheumatism for two years along with pain and swelling in her leg. The doctor informed her that since there was no cure, she had to take medicine every day. At times when the pain was so severe, she needed an injection. But because of her poor financial state, Raibari could not afford any medicine and hence, suffered a great deal of pain. Raibari attended the Feeding Event and there, the Lord touched her. She testified that she experienced complete healing in her body from our Lord. She couldn’t believe it as her doctor had assured her that her incurable condition was for life! But what is impossible with man is possible with the Lord Jesus!

3. Chintamani’s throat infection gone when Jesus touched her

A sister named Chintamani was suffering from a throat infection since the month of April. She had a problem swallowing food so she could only take liquids. Praise the Lord, at the Event she was touched and healed by the Lord Jesus. She testified that normally she ate rice three times a day, but since her throat got infected she could not eat any more rice. That day she felt the Lord’s miraculous healing touch in her throat and she was able to swallow freely!

4. Babu, the village Chief healed of pricking lung pain

Babu, the village chief, used to have pain in his lungs from time to time. It was painful like somebody poking him with a needle. He had been taking medicine for two years. But that day the pain suddenly stopped when we ministered to him. He shared that earlier a witch doctor had attempted to use witchcraft to give him relief, but nothing happened.

The best part was that an estimated 400 Hindus accepted the Christ through that event! Our God is alive, and both wonderful and mighty. All glory to Jesus alone!

While having fellowship and ministering to them in a home, a group of sisters led by Pastor Grace laid hands on two sisters – Sister Norla and her mother, Aunty Hannah. Sister Norla had a hearing problem in her right hear. But God proved to be greater and mightier than her infirmity and after a few commands by the sisters, the Lord healed her completely!

Aunty Hannah too was completely healed soon after, having had a severe back pain. Similarly, the sisters laid hands and commanded her back to be healed in Jesus’ name. All glory to Jesus, the name above every name!

On 30th August 2015, the Lord confirmed His word by healing the infirm. As you view the photos, you will be thrilled by the different healing miracles. A sister could not walk up and down the stairs without pain in her legs managed to do so after commands were given to heal her legs.

A brother with a broken collar bone could raise his hand without any pain! Numerous others with various ailments were gloriously healed in the name of Jesus. It was a good day for the people of this Church.

But after Rena married an unbeliever she began to backslide and stopped coming to the services at the Cultural Center. Two years later, Elyas Parera heard that the girl was in serious condition with a cancerous cyst in her womb. After the cancer had grown and spread, it burst and Rena had to be taken to the Emmanuel Hospital which is in a big city two hours away by car. By that time she had been unable to drink any water for ten days. So when she was taken to the hospital her condition was so critical that no doctor was prepared to treat her. She had to be taken back home to her village.

When Rena arrived back home her condition was terminal, and she passed away. That afternoon the people gathered for a “solat” ceremony which is customarily to pray that the deceased person will be received in heaven.

Meanwhile one of the local ministry leaders contacted Elyas Parera to inform him of what had happened to Rena who had once believed in Jesus. When Elyas Parera heard the news he was very disappointed and could not accept that his ministry to the young lady had been in vain. Elyas Parera prayed to the Lord and received determination to exercise authority over a distance as had been taught in The Elijah Challenge—as he had often done.

Then he called the leader and instructed him to go to Rena and to tell her to wake up, and after that she was to meet with him [Pastor Elyas Parera ] at Emmanuel Hospital in Bandung for a checkup. The leader was taken aback, and told him that she had in fact already died.

But Elyas Parera insisted that the leader do what he told him to do. So together with his wife the leader went to the place where Rena’s body was being prayed for by a crowd of people. They made their way through the crowd to get close to the body. The leader’s wife took hold of the hand of Rena and calling her by name said to her, “Get up in the name of Jesus, and meet with Elyas at Emmanuel Hospital.”

Suddenly the young woman opened her eyes and was shocked to see a crowd of people standing around her. Then she followed the instructions given by Elyas Parera and went to the hospital. The many people there had witnessed a dead person being raised back to life in the name of Jesus. A crowd of about fifty people—followed her to the hospital to see what would happen.

Later Elyas Parera also left for Emmanuel Hospital and was a little surprised to see so many people from Rena’s home town there also.

The young lady was examined by a doctor, and he only gave her some fluids by transfusion since she had been unable to drink for some time. She stayed overnight at the hospital (with the others also spending the night there to watch her). In the morning she felt well and asked to be released to go home.

Until today Rena is in very good health and has returned to the Lord to follow Him faithfully.

This miracle has spread the fragrance of the name of Jesus throughout the region. Some are coming to know the Lord. [Editor’s note: how can you argue when a dead person has been raised to life?]

Additional details & observations:

It was certain that the young woman was dead and not simply in a coma. When the tumors in her uterus burst she was taken to a hospital. But the doctors there were not able to do anything for her and sent her home. By that time she had not drunk any water for ten days. Her body was extremely weak.

The family took the young woman home. There she died at about 5 pm in the afternoon. Following customs, her family covered her body and prepared it for prompt burial. They brought the body to the gravesite where other families had gathered to perform the solat—a ritual in which they were praying for the forgiveness of her sins.

It was at 7 pm, about two hours after the woman died, that the believing couple showed up at the solat ceremony and made their way to her body. In front of the crowd they commanded the young woman to wake up in the name of Jesus Christ. At that moment the Living True God brought her back from the dead.

While she was still dead before coming back to life, the young woman was “walking inside a long black tunnel”.

Later while being examined by doctors at the hospital, it was found that the tumor in her uterus had vanished. And she was able to eat and drink normally.

Only the One True God can perform such a miracle. This miracle proves that Jesus Christ is the only way to the Father—the One True God.

The One whose name has authority to bring back the spirit of someone who has left this life for another place is also the One who has authority to send the spirit of that person to His Father’s house.

I was having a bad heel pain after injuring my achilles two days ago. Last night I asked my 5 year old to lay hands on my heel and command the pain to go in Jesus’ name. Amazingly after a few commands from her, the pain completely left!

I tried walking around and even went up and down the stairs. The pain was gone! The next morning, I tested the heel again to confirm the miracle and praise God, it is still perfectly fine.

It’s amazing that the Holy Spirit can use ANYONE who has faith to heal the infirm, regardless of age. All glory to Jesus!

“In the name of Jesus Christ I ministered to a couple of Christians from local Baptist churches. One was very enthusiastic about studying The Elijah Challenge Primer, and one experienced her shorter leg “growing out” [as her backbone straightened out] followed by all her back pain leaving. This happened in a Chinese house church down my street.

After this happened, Joyce who hosted the meetings in her home asked me to come back and pray over her husband MK, who had been left with semi-paralysis after a stroke 15 years prior, including a thumb he couldn’t move. I will be honest and tell you I didn’t have faith for a paralyzed thumb that hadn’t moved in 15 years, but his wife who witnessed the other lady’s leg “grow out” suddenly had more faith and was even filming it as I ministered. She was certain a miracle would happen. She kept telling me “keep doing it, don’t stop”. So as MK was willing, I kept commanding nerves to come to life in Jesus’ name. Finally, after 25 minutes of this his thumb came to life. He has full use of it today. See the video below.

That was in February of 2012. He became an instant believer and began attending the church held in his own house, instead of hiding in the back room! Since he became a believer, his wife said it has also transformed their marriage.”

Tammy is a public schoolteacher in Contra Costa County, California who trained with The Elijah Challenge in 2004. 

“Please pray for me. I am in Zimbabwe. Name is Ruby [not her real name]. For the past year suffering heart disease getting worse. Suffering also diabetes. Please help with urgent prayer for healing.”

That same day we wrote our trained co-workers Shar & Teddy

“Dear Shar & Teddy, We just received this from Rosa in Zimbabwe. Would you kindly contact her and arrange to minister healing to her in Jesus’ name?”

Shar & Teddy then wrote her

“Ruby, we would like to minister healing to you in Jesus’ name over the phone, face time or Skype concerning your heart condition and diabetes. First, please tell us a little bit more about your heart condition and how long you have had the condition. Also please tell us how long you have had diabetes and what are your eating habits like.”

Ruby replied

“Heart condition started last year. Doctors say they can’t see what’s wrong but I get palpitation, high heart rate, discomfort in chest, weakness, etc.”

‘Since March 2015 doctor says I am diabetic. I eat very healthy and am very slim. It’s just an attack of the enemy. I am born-again and 26 years old now.”

On August 13 Ruby wrote

“Tried calling. No answer. Will try again later.”

Shar & Teddy replied

“Sorry we missed your call this morning. Let’s try to coordinate our times as Teddy stated, however we did more rebuking and commanding about 15 minutes ago. How do you feel now—any change or difference?”

Ruby wrote

“I feel a bit better definitely. At least I spent the afternoon at work. Not totally gone.”

“I felt such a release and peace and presence of God as u were praying.  I’m believing for healing manifestation.  So I will call again on Friday.  What’s the best time?

Shar & Teddy answered

“I too believe that God is with you and his blessing will surround you and comfort you. Because your condition is compounded, we will need to ask God for many things. During this time, be of good cheer and know that God is with you and wants you to be a blessing for others.”

On August 14  Ruby testified

“Today my heart was behaving so well. I am so happy.  Please pray that this continues till total healing. I am also believing that in a short while the sugar problem will be over.”

Shar & Teddy wrote back

“Praise Jesus our Magnificent Lord & Savior indeed! Ruby, you can do the very same thing for others. We would encourage you to study the Elijah Challenge videos and Training Manual so that Jesus can use you to heal others and bring more souls to the Kingdom of God! I will call you on Saturday so that we continue the prayers till all symptoms are gone.

The Elijah Challenge then wrote

“Dear Ruby, allow us to second what Shar & Teddy have just written you. Now you can start doing your part for your complete healing as they have encouraged you to do. If you haven’t already, read the article at: What You Should Do After Jesus Heals You.”

Ruby replied

“Thank you very much. Let me do that.”

On August 16 Shar & Teddy wrote Ruby 

“How are you feeling today?”

The same day Ruby answered

“I spent a much better day today again. Am holding on to the healing.  Again may a God bless u.”
